17th September 2018
Bailey Care Services, which provides carers, support workers and health care assistants for residential care homes, nursing homes and supported living environments, continues its upward trajectory with the opening of a new branch in Eastbourne. This is its sixth office and the second in the region. It will be sharing the location with its SWS Group sister company, The Best Connection, which has had an established presence in Eastbourne for the past six years and has occupied the current location for three years.
Samantha Gauci, BCS Divisional Manager, who has responsibility for the Eastbourne branch said: “This is a very exciting new venture for the business. The Bailey Care team are inspiring and totally committed to working towards a shared vision, with our customers at the very heart of everything we stand for.”
Bailey Care Services will be building on a sound reputation for the provision of quality workers established by its operation in Worthing, West Sussex. The company aims to extend its services to its customers and prospects in the East Sussex area.
“We are delighted to be opening our sixth Bailey Care Services branch and extending our geographical reach and presence. Eastbourne is a popular seaside town and the team, led by Samantha, has a good understanding of the needs of quality care services in the local area. I look forward to watching the branch develop over the rest of the year,” said Lisa Rothnie, Operations Manager, Bailey Care Services.
With an increasing demand for care services across the UK, Bailey Care Services has capitalised on the need for specialist skills and has established a broad base of professional workers that undertake essential support work with clients, managing a broad range of health challenges including learning disability, mental health, physical and sensory disability, elderly-frail, dementia, young adults and children.
“To address the needs of our customers we must be able to provide staff who have the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience for varying periods of time. This may include short-term and long-term cover, temporary ad-hoc or pre-planned visits to suits customer needs,” added Lisa Rothnie.
Bailey Care Services was acquired by Strategic Workforce Solutions Group Ltd in October 2012.
