What we look for;
You will have a minimum of 6 months prior experience which is inclusive of personal care
You will be a passionate and dedicated care worker
You are happy being responsible for delivering high-quality person-centred care to service users ensuring that they lead fulfilling lives.
You will engage in daily activities to promote the service user’s health, well-being and encouraging their independence.
You are happy to work flexible in different residential/nursing and supported living homes
All our carers have previous care and/or support work experience before they begin their employment with us and we provide them with a full induction, moving and handling training and additional e-learning training and support to enable them to work with all of our clients. All of our carers are fully vetted with a minimum of 2 references and an enhanced DBS check.
What you can expect from us
Full Training check with refreshers/induction as required (currently a no contact online process during pandemic)
