Our client in Ferndown is recruiting for Temporary Healthcare Assistants. Working in a large Victorian house set in a quiet residential area of West Moors. You will be working with a friendly team to ensure residents have dignity and independence in their lives. There is a real home from home feeling in this care home, which specialises in Elderly Care. Set in well maintained and secluded gardens overlooking the extensive countryside between Ferndown and Wimborne. Close to local amenities and with good public transport links.
Duties May include:
- Likely use of hoists and manual handling
- Personal care
- Working within a team
- Assisting with meal times
About You:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play such an important role in the everyday activities and needs of the residents you work with. Working as part of one team of nursing and care professionals, you’ll understand what matters to every resident, so you can tailor the way you care for them. Helping them live as independently as possible.
