Registered Manager - Children’s Home
£32 - £46k + Performance Bonus (DOE)
Bailey Care Services are working alongside a local care setting that are opening a brand new children’s home based in the Bournemouth area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with managerial experience within Children’s Care setting as you will oversee the whole process of building a brand new team within the care home and on boarding new admissions to the home. Working with senior management you will be able to directly impact the setup of the home and mark your stamp.
To be successful in the role you will need:
Proven experience working within the Children’s Care Sector.
Worked as a Registered Manager or as a Deputy Manager where you were involved with complying and liaising with Ofsted/CQC.
An understanding the legislations and regulations in place.
Experience of caring for younger adults.
Experience managing a team
