We are looking for experienced support workers, to work for our client in Swindon in their supported living services!
Working for Bailey Care you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the service users lives, whether you are assisting with personal care, helping them with their daily routines or assisting them to go shopping and access the community.
You will be supporting two individuals with learning difficulties and physical disabilities in this service.
Each service user has their own specially adapted flat here that is personalised especially for themselves!
Situated a short distance from Swindon town centre this service is in the ideal location to allow the service users to easily access the community and enjoy the local parks!
You will understand that each individual will have different support needs, and you will promote choice and independence at all times when supporting each individual.
You will follow support plans to be able to support each individual in a person-centred way enabling them to be as independent as possible, learn new skills and to live their lives to the fullest.
You will be a hardworking and motivated individual and be able to hit the ground running in each service, and to be able to adapt to each service user’s preference.
