Our client is currently looking for temporary Support Workers, to support adults with learning difficulties in their own homes, with their personal, social and health care needs to help promote their independence. Working closely with families, friends, and advocates of the service users, as well as other health and social care professionals, to ensure they are supported to lead the lives which they choose.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing support to achieve preferred lifestyles and ambitions by following a person-centred support plan
- Promoting independence
- Maintain accurate and complete records
- Provide support with sports activities, shopping, travel, social events, and any other independent task
