We are looking for dedicated, caring people, we can offer you;
Starting rates of £8.00ph for new inexperienced workers, hourly rate increases on achieving care certificate and level 2 qualifications up to £11.00ph
full time hours (to include every other weekend and some evenings)
part time hours (evenings, weekends, earlies)
Paid Travel Time
Holiday Pay (5.6 weeks of paid holiday per annum (pro-rated to hours worked)
Uniform and all necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Ongoing training and support will be provided with access and support to funded professional qualifications and continued personal development.

Care worker award scheme
No experience is required, if you have an interest but have no previous experience come and have a chat with us we can support you in training and shadowing other workers. The role can include;
Supporting individuals with personal care including, washing, showering/bathing, toileting, tooth care and dressing
Supporting with medication, reminding to take, assisting to take themselves or administering medication for them, application of creams, eye or ear drops.
Supporting with meals and drinks, supporting to prepare a meal, shopping assistance, cooking for the individual, supporting to eat their meal, washing up afterwards.
Carrying out housework, hoovering, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
Supporting to go out on trips, attend activities sitting in to chat and keep company.
